First off Mario is friendly and really takes the time to understand what the client wants and does check-ins during the haircut to make sure the client is satisfied and getting what they want. He talked me through different options and explained the differences between cuts and styles. He has a true passion for cutting hair and it shows in the time he takes (not looking get you in and out of the chair quickly).
